We are proud to announce that we are now SOC 2 Type 2 compliant, achieving the ultimate gold standard in data security.  

Last year, we completed SOC Type I compliance, and now we’ve proven how committed we are to handling data responsibly and securely while ensuring world-class customer experience with SOC 2 Type 2 compliance. 

In case you don’t know, SOC 2 is one of the most common security compliance requirements for the service providers storing customer data in the cloud. The American Institute of Certified Public Accounts (AICPA) developed the SOC 2 Type 2 auditing standards, requiring all security practices and processes meet or exceed AICPA Trust Service Criteria.

Why is this important for Inflection’s customers? 

Inflection’s architecture sets up a solid foundation for security. But, we understand that our customers trust us with their data on our systems and we need to ensure that they can focus on their business instead of worrying about data/information security. SOC 2 Type 2 compliance certification assures that all data security best practices and proper internal controls are in place to protect their confidential data. 

The audit examined the security, availability, and integrity of the systems Inflection uses to process users' data. Furthermore, it reviewed how these systems processed confidential and private information.
