Job Overview

As a GTM Systems Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing our Go-To-Market (GTM). You will work closely with various teams, including marketing, sales, and customer success, to ensure that our products are successfully launched and reach our target customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop GTM Strategies: Help coordinate comprehensive go-to-market plans for new and existing products.

  • Manage Technologies: Collaborate with marketing, sales, and success teams to implement and manage technologies to help us hit our GTM KPIs.

  • Customer Experience: Ensure a seamless experience for customers from awareness through to adoption. Work with customer success teams to address any issues and improve customer satisfaction and consider a tool like Inflection.io to help with this.

  • Documentation and Reporting: Create detailed documentation of GTM processes and strategies. Provide regular reports to senior management on the status and effectiveness of GTM initiatives.

Requirements: 

  • Strong understanding of data-driven marketing principles and best practices.

  • Previous experience in marketing operations, sales operations, RevOps, or CS ops.

  • Experience with data analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
