Inflection.io Releases Marketing MCP Server

I’m doing a live demo of Inflection’s new AI capabilities, including our MCP server. Register here.

Inflection has released our MCP server, so marketing teams can increase their velocity and output by using AI. From analyzing marketing performance to drafting campaigns – complete with journey, emails, etc – Inflection’s MCP is already reshaping how marketers are doing their work.

The Inflection MCP server is open and integrated across many platforms, allowing customers to take advantage of advanced AI capabilities wherever they work. This includes from within the Inflection app, in LLM platforms like ChatGPT and Claude, and even other apps such as n8n and Slack.

10x Marketing Output and Efficiency Through AI

Through Inflection’s MCP server, you can turn a single prompt into a complete, ready-to-run campaign in minutes. The system leverages its understanding of your audiences, product details, and campaign history to automatically build audiences, draft personalized emails, and actually build the campaign.

This turns campaign creation into a programmable process and marks the shift from traditional workflows to AI-native marketing automation that adapts in real time. Just tell Inflection your goals, and it handles ideation to execution with human-in-the-loop.

How customers already use Inflection’s AI capabilities:

As mentioned, the Inflection MCP server can be used across platforms. I'll demo two places -- Claude and in-app AI chat experience.

Pipeline generation: Let’s say you’re launching a new product or feature and have a pipeline goal. This means weeks of planning, building lists, and coordinating across teams before campaigns go live. With Inflection, I was able to move from concept to execution in minutes.

I used this prompt to start: “We’re introducing a new product for CMOs. Provide recommendations for campaigns to target this persona and similar variations, like Head of Marketing. Our goal for this launch is to generate $10M in net new pipeline among our target accounts in the next 3 months. Then build out the campaigns in Inflection for the top 3 recommendations.”

This triggered Inflection to identify and build the right audience segment and suggest a few campaign ideas to surface new opportunities – instantly turning a business goal into a live marketing motion.

Democratized Campaign Creation: For many field marketers, launching events typically means opening tickets with Ops, waiting for audience lists, reviewing messaging with stakeholders, and managing multiple approval cycles before anything can launch. When teams are running dozens of events each quarter, that manual coordination becomes the bottleneck. With Inflection, campaign creation is democratized. Field teams can have AI draft their campaign with Ops teams reviewing, and launch much faster.

The previous example shows how Inflection’s MCP server works from Claude, which also powers our in-app chat and agentic capabilities, so marketers can expect the same functionality and responses wherever they work. Let’s look at an example with our in-app chat.

I used the following prompt: “We’re hosting an executive dinner in San Francisco to engage senior GTM leaders. Set up a field marketing plan starting with building an audience segment of VP-level and above prospects in the San Francisco and Bay Area who fit our ICP and have shown recent engagement. Also, build the campaign.”

Inflection pulled the right audience after checking the ICP requirements and engagement levels, created the audience segment, drafted the invite and follow-up emails, and the campaign.

Post-sale onboarding and adoption: Improving product adoption is often the bridge to larger revenue goals like renewals, upsells, or expansion. With Inflection, marketers can turn product events into onboarding journeys, sparing hours of manual analysis.

I used the following prompt to guide the process: “I’m a marketer who has been tasked with supporting product adoption. Using our product events data from the last six months, please define adoption milestones and recommend an onboarding journey that aligns to those milestones. We don't want it to be a static, time-based journey.

Inflection already connects to the data that defines how your business runs, like product usage, customer activity, and campaign performance. With our AI capabilities, Inflection can now interpret that information in context, connecting patterns in behavior to business goals.

Optimization of existing campaigns: Campaign performance changes over time, and figuring out why takes work. It usually involves comparing dozens of reports and testing multiple adjustments before seeing results. With Inflection, that analysis becomes immediate.

I used the prompt: “Analyze our lead nurturing campaign and provide recommendations on how to improve performance. Specifically, I want to increase the clicks to our demo request page from this campaign.”

Inflection analyzed past performance, compared the performance across campaigns, surfaced key insights, and recommended updates to audience targeting, timing, and content. This enables teams to iterate and launch faster.

Powered by the ContextGraph™

Inflection’s MCP server can turn a simple prompt into precise execution because of the ContextGraph™, the data intelligence layer that makes business information usable by AI models. ContextGraph™ maps how people, accounts, events, product usage, and marketing activity are connected inside your company. It organizes that data into a structure that the model can understand and reason over, which allows AI to act with context instead of guessing.

With the ContextGraph, the model knows which accounts are in active opportunities, which users recently adopted a feature, which campaigns influenced revenue, and how those signals relate to each other. That knowledge turns prompts into instructions that the system can act on. When you ask for a pipeline campaign, Inflection already knows who is most likely to convert. When you ask for a reactivation sequence, it knows which accounts have gone dormant.

This is how Inflection’s MCP server turns data into action. It does more than surface information for humans to interpret. It makes that information directly actionable by the AI, so campaigns, audiences, and analytics are all built on top of live business context.

Why MCP Servers Matter For Marketing

MCP servers allow marketing teams to increase marketing velocity and output by changing the way work is done. Instead of pointing and clicking in rules-based workflows, marketing teams can do their work much faster through chat-based agentic experiences. There are 3 criteria to evaluating MCP servers.

  1. Does it make data available to LLMs or just partial data? Inflection supports all data, allowing for higher-quality context.
  2. Is the MCP reporting only, or does it have write capabilities? Inflection’s MCP server supports write capabilities, allowing marketing teams to build campaigns from a prompt.
  3. Is it closed, meaning you can only use it in the app, or open allowing you to use it where you work? Inflection’s MCP server is open, allowing marketing teams to use it in the Inflection app, in LLM platforms like Claude and ChatGPT, and even other tools like Slack and n8n.

Inflection is proud to have the most capable MCP server of any marketing automation platform.
